I know I would if I ever face one of those gila-monster things. Didn't know they exist and moreover deadly. I would definitely stay away from Mr. Gila:)DiTescohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16209830498096638897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5505854083966363391.post-48222081442411781442008-11-03T23:07:00.000-07:002008-11-03T23:07:00.000-07:00Oh... Seems you got some biggies to deal with too.

Ha Ha.. I am sure when you have time to sit in the safety of your home you can have a chance to smile (shakily) with the knowledge that not many people get to see and experience that special little thrill of seeing a live beastie looking in your window! :)

~KSeasoned By Grace Designs https://www.blogger.com/profile/16100183583102632523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5505854083966363391.post-39518255522264183402008-11-01T12:48:00.000-07:002008-11-01T12:48:00.000-07:00Thanks Lisa, I've gladly traded the "city zoo" for...Thanks Lisa, I've gladly traded the "city zoo" for these critters.Me-Me Kinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15702437014277335742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5505854083966363391.post-53121517080784309682008-11-01T11:46:00.000-07:002008-11-01T11:46:00.000-07:00Hey Me-Me - this post and your last one makes me m...Hey Me-Me - this post and your last one makes me miss AZ a little bit. Not the commercial city part of it, but the out back. I'm glad you are out there in peace and quiet, even with the critters. They'll get used to you and you them. I once was hiking a river bed and put my hand on a rock ledge and looked up at eye level at a huge gila monster. It didn't move. I had no idea at the time that they can be so dangerous. I was in awe. My walking friend cautioned me but said the gila must have been sleeping or slowed down because of the heat or something. I can't remember. But I was lucky to see it up close and not die. yeehaw!

If you can record the sounds of coyotes or other animals, I'll teach you how to put them on the blog. That would be cool to hear night time in AZ. :-)Lisa Wineshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14924029943550959553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5505854083966363391.post-85285673911471266682008-11-01T04:00:00.000-07:002008-11-01T04:00:00.000-07:00Dear Me-MeI could have sworn that towards the end ...Dear Me-Me

I could have sworn that towards the end of your blog you said that you sometimes had an occasional beer spotting and I was wondering what brand, I just really am not so funny, but you have a nice blog and I started to read it as I see your in AZ and I lived on 34th and Camelback a little outside of Scottsdale. I really liked it out there, although I thought Sedona was quite surprisingly different. Well be careful out there and enjoy.

Regards,

JosephJoseph M.
